Following the announcement by our prime minister last night VOW Wholesale would like to confirm that we continue to be open for business and are here to help and support you.
During this difficult time please be assured that as a business we already have the infrastructure in place to be able to continue to support you. This includes enabling near all support colleagues to work from home, implementing changes in our operational shifts to ensure social distancing is adhered to, and implementing safety measures for our transport drivers. All of our employees are showing great dedication and loyalty across all areas to supporting you and your business.
Operationally, the team are showing great teamwork and we have healthy staff levels to ensure your orders are picked and packed as required however we would ask that at this time you transmit your orders as early as possible throughout the day to help us to maintain service and delivery levels.
From a transport perspective the team have plans and procedures in place to ensure the safety of our drivers and you and your customers is key. Over the past few days, we have had several requests for us to pick up your customer direct deliveries utilising our well tested wrapide service and we have adequate resource to increase this. Should you wish to discuss this with us please don’t hesitate to contact your VOW Wholesale account contact. We appreciate safety is paramount at present and we believe utilising our transport system could help with this.
