BOSS Leaders Of The Future – September webinar line up

BOSS is delighted to announce two further webinars that the Leaders of the Future Group will be hosting in September

• In conversation with Nikki Todd and Helen Wade of VOW Wholesale 

The 3rd in the series of the BOSS Leaders of the Future webinars will take place on Monday 14 September at 2.30pm with Nikki Todd, Sales and Customer Experience Director and Helen Wade, Marketing Director of VOW Wholesale.

Helen and Nikki will be discussing how they worked with their teams during lockdown during extremely difficult circumstances. Moving from busy offices to everyone working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic, Helen and Nikki will discuss what changes they made to foster a positive and productive work environment. They will also talk about maintaining the customer experience during times of crisis, with communication being at the heart of VOW’s approach.

This webinar will be hosted by the Leaders of the Future Chair, Scott Castle and there will be a Q&A session at the end.

The 4^th BOSS Leaders of the Future webinar will take place on Thursday 24^th September at 10.00am with Simone Hindmarch, MD, Commercial Group.

The format of this webinar will follow a Q&A session. Simone will be discussing how Commercial reacted dynamically to the COVID-19 pandemic, she will share their incredible journey and also touch upon how sustainability is as central as ever to their solutions for their customers.
