Kyocera Document Solutions has added three new economical devices to its TASKalfa collection in order to help businesses save money and lessen their effects on the environment.
The range includes one A4 colour TASKalfa 351ci multi-function printer and two A3 mono TASKalfa MFPs – the 3212i and 4012i. All three have increased speed and now come with 1200 dpi colour quality as standard, giving crisper colours and lines.
All of the machines can be easily integrated into existing workflows and tailored to meet the specific needs or an organisation by using Kyocera’s open software platform, HyPAS. It’s optional Data Security Kit encrypts data and helps meet GDPR compliance.
Trevor Maloney, product marketing director at Kyocera Document Solutions UK, said: “Our own analysis shows only 5% of devices’ output is actually A3 sized. Within the majority of office environments, the vast majority of printing is in an A4 output. With these new devices, organisations can have the best of both worlds: the functionality of an A3 MFP with a low running cost, as well as A3 functionality within an A4 device. These machines are perfect for organisations with tight budgets who need the functionality of A3.”
